Nature-Based Mindfulness and Its Applications
I have incorporated the stillness, clarity, and presence that we glean from nature into my mindfulness trainings at various companies and nonprofits. Utilizing the calm and sense of perspective that comes from being outdoors in nature can help deepen the mindfulness work and allow for greater impact of the training material and its principles.
